The Medical Cannabis Organ Transplant Act

California Governor Jerry Brown has just signed AB 258, the Medical Cannabis Organ Transplant Act! This bill protects medical cannabis patients from discrimination in the organ transplant process. Thank you to more than 900 ASA members and friends who asked the Governor to sign the bill and to thousands more who sent email, signed petitions, and visited legislative offices is support of AB 258. Well done!
