Access to treatment options: Patients have the right to seek out and utilize the best medical treatment options for their healthcare and quality of life. 

Respect and Nondiscrimination: Patients have a right to considerate, respectful, and nondiscriminatory care no matter their sex, race, age, religious affiliation, or economic status.

Confidentiality of Health Information: Patients have the right to have health care information protected under HIPPA provisions at every stage of their healthcare journey.

Quality: Patients have the right to cannabis products free of mold, mildew, fungi, pesticides, adulterants, and pests.

Product information: Patients have the right to know how and where their medicine was produced, the origin of cannabinoids, terpenes, and any of the ingredients in the product.

Accuracy: Patients have the right to medication that is accurately labeled and weighed, including expiration dates and allergy disclosures.

Information Disclosure: Patients have the right to accurate and easy-to-understand information about the local, state, and federal laws and regulations and access to product Certificates of Analysis (COA). Patients have the right to knowledgeable staff that can relay information about cannabis products to their medical needs.

Safety: Patients have the right to obtain medication in a safe environment, including proper security, health and safety protocols, and legal business practices.

Input without Retribution: Patients have the right to give input and issue a complaint without being barred from access, including complaints about accommodations for people living with disabilities, waiting times, operating hours, the conduct of personnel, and the adequacy of the facilities.

Fair Price: Patients have the right to fair and reasonable prices for their medication.
