The 2026 Full Disclosure Award Nominations

The Full Disclosure Award spotlights a product, laboratory, platform, labeling system, traceability tool, or transparency program that makes cannabis test results, ingredients, potency, warnings, batch information, recalls, sourcing, or instructions easier for patients and consumers to understand and verify.

Transparency is fundamental to informed decision-making. Cannabis Safety Month calls attention not only to whether cannabis is tested or labeled, but to whether the information provided is reliable, understandable, accessible, and useful to the person making a decision about a product.

As medical cannabis becomes more deeply integrated into healthcare, patients and professionals will expect to know what a product contains, how it was tested, where it came from, whether anything has changed, and what to do if a safety problem is identified. Initiatives recognized by the Full Disclosure Award are helping create the information infrastructure necessary for stronger consumer confidence, more responsive recalls, better clinical conversations, and greater accountability throughout the cannabis supply chain.
