Treat Employees Using Medical Cannabis Fairly!

AB 2069 requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations at the workplace for medical cannabis patients under the Fair Employment and Housing Act in the same way employers must accommodate the use of other prescription medications

TODAY, at 1:30 PM, the California Labor Committee will be hearing AB 2069. This bill reverse the California Supreme Court’s decision of Ross v. RagingWire Telecommunications Inc., which said that the employers can discriminate against workers for their use of medical cannabis.
