SB 1466 will make safe access cheaper for Arizona’s patients and veterans

Arizona’s Senate Bill 1466 has already passed the Senate and is now up for consideration by the Arizona House of Representatives. This bill would reduce the cost of patient registrations and renewals by $100 and make both free for veterans. Additionally the bill would add PTSD and Autism Spectrum Disorder to Arizona’s approved conditions. Finally, the bill would improve packaging requirements to give patients access to more information about their medicine.

This bill has bi-partisan support but we need you to reach out to your Representatives and let them know how the high costs of medical cannabis affect patients, why we need to do more to support veterans who are benefiting from medical cannabis, and how SB 1466 will improve safe access in Arizona.
