The Public Courage Award 2026

The Public Courage Award celebrates an elected official who advanced a practical, evidence-informed cannabis safety or medical-access solution during 2026. Cannabis Safety Month encourages policymakers to recognize legitimate concerns about cannabis while also recognizing that those concerns can be addressed through better policy rather than prohibition, stigma, or barriers to medical care.
