Don't ban medical cannabis cultivation in Fresno County!
The Fresno County Board of Supervisors may vote to ban cultivation medical cannabis in the unincorporated areas of the county on Tuesday, December 10. Send a message to the Supervisors telling them to preserve the rights of legal patients and their caregivers to grow the medicine they need to treat the symptoms on cancer, HIV/AIDS, Multiple Sclerosis, chronic pain, and other serious conditions. Ask the Board of Supervisors to adopt sensible regulation to preserve patients’ right to cultivate medical cannabis indoors and outdoors and to protect the community at large.
You can personalize the sample letter we provide or write one of your own. Be sure to tell the Supervisors how the proposed ban will affect you and your loved ones personally and/or what impact it will have on your community. You may also want to explain your connection to Fresno County – resident, business owner, consumer, voter, etc.
