Tetragram is a free, HIPAA-compliant mobile app designed to help cannabis patients track what they use, how much they use, and how individual products affect them. Users can record product names, where products were purchased, cannabinoid and terpene information, symptom relief or treatment goals, and detailed notes about each experience.
The app calls this process “Logging a Session.” Over time, those records let users compare experiences instead of relying on memory alone. They can look back at which products were most effective for a symptom, which were poorly tolerated, and whether differences in cannabinoid content, terpene profile, dose, or method of use may have influenced the outcome.

For medical cannabis patients, longitudinal tracking can help document treatment response over time. Recording the product, cannabinoid and terpene profile, dose, route of administration, symptoms, and observed effects creates a more structured record of both benefit and tolerability. That information can help patients identify patterns across different formulations and support more informed conversations with healthcare professionals about dose adjustments, product selection, adverse effects, and therapeutic goals.
The information may also have value beyond the individual user. Aggregated real-world data can help dispensaries, cultivators, researchers, and medical professionals better understand how specific products are being experienced outside controlled settings.
Tetragram captures the spirit of the Know Your Dose Award by helping consumers connect product information, dose, symptoms, and outcomes over time. By turning individual cannabis experiences into a usable record, the app gives patients and consumers a stronger basis for making future dosing and product decisions.
