Shay Bradshaw is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in rare diseases, epilepsy, and movement disorders. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her outstanding sales achievements, including multiple awards such as Representative of the Year. Shay has also taken on various roles within the industry, serving as a trainer, member of marketing committees, and market access.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Shay is deeply involved in giving back to the community. She is a dedicated board member of the Epilepsy Foundation of Maryland. She is active with both Americans for Safe Access, which is dedicated to advocating for safe and legal access to medical cannabis, supporting its therapeutic use, and furthering research in the field, And The Women’s Cannabis Chamber of Commerce, which champions women from diverse backgrounds and career paths within the cannabis industry. Shay holds a master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in Cannabinoid Science and Therapeutics, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and growth in her field.
Her passion for making a difference extends beyond her career, as evidenced by her nomination as Hero of the Year by the Epilepsy Foundation of Maryland for her invaluable contributions to the epilepsy community. Personally, Shay faces the challenges of having a daughter with a rare autoimmune disorder, adding a unique perspective to her advocacy work.
