Shanetha Marable-Lewis is the Executive Director of Veterans Initiative 22, a non-profit organization whose mission is veteran suicide prevention with a focus on affordable access to medical cannabis for the veteran community. Shanetha is a decorated Army combat veteran who proudly served in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
She used her GI Bill to attend WVU for her BA, then went on to the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, where she earned a Master of Science in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics. Shanetha has a personal passion for assisting Veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as helping patients struggling with the disease of addiction.
She is an advocate for Veteran suicide prevention, social equity, and safe access for ALL cannabis consumers.
