Take Action!

Assembly Member Wood has agreed to remove an excise tax on virtually all medical cannabis cultivation in California from AB 243. The bill is expected to be adopted without the tax and in conjunction with other regulatory bills before the California Legislature adjourns this year. ASA has withdrawn our opposition to AB 243 based on this concession.
