Emergency Virtual TownHall: US Attorney Threat on Medical Cannabis

On Friday, April 25th, 2025, a U.S. Attorney of the District of Columbia sent a threat letter to a DC licensed medical cannabis dispensary with a press release titled: "U.S. Attorney Martin Sends Letter to Green Theory Pot Dispensary for Violation of Federal Law."

ASA is calling a National Emergency Town Hall to discuss the letter's significance, how to prepare for federal interference, and how ASA will respond.
