It's been really difficult to see how many people are suffering here in Montana. The problem comes down to a clerical error in the language of I-182—an error that delays rollback of the three-patient limit until June 30, 2017. Attorney Jim Goetz (representing MTCIA) filed a request in Broadwater County District Court on Tuesday seeking the immediate implementation of medical marijuana reform Initiative 182, and the restoration of access to thousands of patients otherwise cut off until June 30.
I'm reaching out to you for help to create viable working solutions to protect Montana’s Medical Marijuana Community. In the area of Cannabis Education designed for the State of Montana. Education for health professionals, cannabis providers/staff, medical cannabis patients, law enforcement, professionals, and the citizens/local government of our communities to educate about medical cannabis and its potential clinical application and use.

I look forward to hearing back from you and have a Wonderful Holiday Season.

    Sincerely,
