I realize you (the Senator) did not support SB33 back in May. However, I'd like to ask if I can count on your (the Senator’s) support to add PTSD to the Illinois medical cannabis program. As a constituent (and a Veteran)(and a person suffering from PTSD), I believe patients suffering from PTSD should be allowed access to medical cannabis.
