ASA is a 501(c)(4) organization, which allows us to engage in political work. Contributions to ASA are not tax-deductible. However, you may send a check payable to ASA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, to support our education and legal support work. Contributions to ASAF are tax-deductible.
