Vote Medical Marijuana New York State Grade
In 2014, New York Assembly enacted S7923, creating protections for registered patients and caregivers and authorizing the state to license “registered organizations” to distribute cannabis. Physicians are to determine 30-day supply limits for each patient. The state may license up to five distributors with up to four locations each. The law forbids the smoking of cannabis, and the Commissioner must approve all medicine.
