Vote Medical Marijuana New Hampshire State Grade
In 2013, New Hampshire enacted HB 573, authorizing registered patients to possess up to two ounces of usable cannabis, which must be obtained from licensed “alternative treatment centers.” Two centers are to be licensed by 2015. A patient may designate one caregiver, but a caregiver may assist up to five patients. Caregivers are limited to transporting medicine from centers and assisting with administration.
