New York Draft Medical Marijuana Regulation Comment Period Ends February 13, 2015
The public comment period to submit feedback on the proposed regulations for New York’s medical marijuana program ends on February 13, 2015. Americans for Safe Access will be submitting comments and is seeking your input to make sure the concerns of New York patients are represented in our comments.
On Monday, we will be sending around our draft comments for review, but you can also send us your thoughts now and we will attempt to include them in our draft comments. Please send your input to [email protected].
We encourage you to submit your own comments to the Department of Health as well. If you would like, you may use the draft comments we send around on Monday as the basis for your comments. You can submit your comments to the Department of Health here.
