12:00 pm - Press conference in front of Conservatory in Golden Gate Park. Activists announce their plan to implement Prop S and plant 215,000 Marijuana seeds for medical use. Ed Rosenthal, recently convicted in federal court despite his being given permission by city officials to grow medical marijuana , will bless the seeds.
4:20 pm - Medical Marijuana Banner will be dropped from the top of Twin Peaks.
Sunday, Feb. 16th
1 – 2pm – Banner will fly over anti-war march from 1pm to 2pm, educating jurors about their right to acquit based on an unjust law. www.jurors.info
Tuesday, Feb. 18th
12:00 pm – Direct Action to evict the DEA at both the Oakland and San Francisco Federal Buildings.
SF City Council votes on resolution declaring 2-15 to 2-22 to be “Medical Marijuana Awareness Week”
Wednesday, Feb. 19th
12:00 pm till 1:00pm –Medical Marijuana Forum at San Francisco State University student center building featuring Mikki Norris Author of Shattered Lives, Jeff Jones of the Oakland Cannabis Buyers Club and Steph Sherer from Americans for Safe Access.
7:00 pm till 9:00 pm – Medical Marijuana Patients’ Forum at UC Berkeley, Wheeler Hall, Room 213
Thursday, Feb. 20th
Noon- Dianne Feinstein Dress Up Day. Montgomery St. & Market in front of the Senator’s office. Demonstrators hope to put pressure on Feinstein to stand up for her California constituency and support legislation protecting Medical Marijuana rights..
Friday, Feb. 21st
4:20 pm - till dark, activists will do a Burma shave-style signing along Van Ness Ave.
