  • 1. Are you a California medical marijuana patient who has been cited, arrested, taken to jail by or has had your medicine confiscated by local, county or state law enforcement?
  • 2. Are you a California medical marijuana patient who is under house arrest, on probation or parole or enrolled in Prop 36 or another diversion program and facing negative consequences due to your patient status?
  • 3. Are you a medical marijuana patient facing state charges in one of the other 12 states that have passed legislation legalizing medical marijuana (HI, AK, WA, OR, MT, NV, CO, NM, MI, RI, VT, ME)?
  • 4. Are you a person who uses marijuana for medicinal purposes facing state charges in one of the other 37 states (or the District of Columbia) that have not yet fully accepted marijuana as medicine?
  • 5. Are you a medical marijuana patient and were you the victim of a federal law enforcement raid and are you now facing federal charges in federal court?
