Take ASA's 2016 Patient and Caregiver Survey

ASA is interested in finding out how our members feel about their state medical cannabis programs. We are inviting you take our 2016 Patient and Caregiver Survey, which will ultimately be part of the 2016 version of our Medical Marijuana Access in the U.S. report.

 

Patients and caregivers like you know better than anyone how your state’s medical cannabis program is meeting your needs and where it needs improvement. In addition to providing information for our next Medical Marijuana Access in the U.S. report, your input will help ASA better focus our legislative priorities. The survey response you provide will also help us in our state and federal lobbying efforts.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. Answer each question as best as you can. The deadline for survey responses is Friday, November 7, 2016.
